Key Responsibilities:
· Work with users in the front office and back office to understand and document their requirements from the EPM solution
· Translate user requirements into EPM product specifications
· Document customer workflows
· Work with users and client’s decision makers to define the configuration of the EPM solution, including tables/master files, workflows for the front office and back office functions, look and feel of the EPM solution
· Work closely with EPM Implementation Project Manager to ensure that the implementation project is completed effectively, on time and under budget
· Assist core group with the EPM system build process
· Assist in claims testing and product testing before EPM go live
· Assist core group to develop training manuals and user manuals
Desired Profile:
· 5+ years of experience in healthcare, primarily revenue cycle management or practice management
· Understanding of practice management, including front office and back office functions
· Experience in outpatient/ambulatory care settings
· Experience in EPM system implementation, preferably NextGen EPM
· Experience in documentation
