COMSYS is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12 month contract in the Phoenix area. In this position, you will perform and coordinate the analysis and design of business systems. This position is also the backbone for building processes to expedite and support UAT testing.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective
-Work closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation
-Develop and execute systems testing
-Act as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups
-Support a mainframe-based revolving credit system by maintaining control files, researching, monitoring and implementing all credit functions

Required experience:
-VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for custom macros
-Experience in Microsoft Applications with primary emphasis on Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio
-3-5 years experience with a mainframe-based lending system
-Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
-Ability to work both independently and in a team
-Able to community to all levels within an organization

Desired Skills:
-Experience with Quality Center (QC) or Enterprise Change Management System (ECMS) a plus, but not required
-Experience with Crystal Reports
