Candidates should possess the following experience and qualifications:

Ø  Responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements.

Ø  Responsible for translating business requirements into technical requirements.

Ø  Responsible for defining detailed functional test cases and understanding data requirements for testing.

Ø  Experience with RUP methodologies including use case analysis.

Ø  Experience with gathering requirements for web based applications.

Ø  Expert ability to engage others / lead cross-functional teams / develop strong working, positive relationships.

Ø  Detail oriented and thorough in defining and driving out requirements.

Ø  Excellent communication / presentation skills, written and verbal.

Ø  Strong analytical abilities.

Ø  Strong organizational skills.

Ø  Ability to manage complex, multiple task efforts.
