The Business Systems Analyst should have a good grasp of system/solution design and the skills to propose several alternatives in solving a problem. Solid written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory, along with an orientation to detail and deadlines.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in some phases of systems analysis and data analysis.  The BSA communicates status, prioritizes requirements, influences and obtains approval for requirement documentation. Possesses exceptional client management skills and is self-directed.
This particular business systems analyst role will be focused on infrastructure refresh.  The majority of the project work will be application upgrades.  This position will work with the PM to analyze existing applications and hardware, implement long-term solutions to persistent problems, and proactively recommend improvements aimed at preventing future failures of the infrastructure.

EXPERIENCE: 7 or more years of experience including demonstrated lead role in requirements elicitation.  The ideal candidate has BA experience in the financial services arena focusing on infrastructure refresh work and experience interfacing with offshore development teams and QA testers. Work experience in the US preferred.
