Client requirements have turned my attention towards seeking out strong business analyst who can multi-task and perform tasks similar to a full charge controller, process reengineer and as a  internal controls professional to take various corporate objectives under consideration and devise a plan to test, document and review policies and procedures as they relate to critical areas throughout the organization and provide value added constructive service recommendations to streamline and add additional efficiencies to the current environment.  Recent experience in a leadership role such as a controller is much desired.  Experience with the establishment of controls and operating policy and procedure is also a well sought after trait.  Strong organizational, project management and software skills are critical to success.
