The Judge Group is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Analyst for a long term contract position with a client in the St. Louis area.  The individual will need be a subject matter expert in a project support function and provide obvious tact and communication prowess. Candidates will need to have large environment experience, able to handle multiple projects, and recognize the value of other’s perspectives and partner appropriately to achieve consensus for the overall solution.

This role will support a large IT/Engineering group, aiding in 35+ active projects.  Candidates must be local to the St. Louis area and available for immediate interview and start date.   

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 ·         Key support individual to the IT Leadership in the Engineering function

·         Participates in requirements gathering sessions and is responsible for distilling those into the Service Requirements Specification

·         Facilitates the acceptance of the SRS across stakeholders and IT Operations

·         May occasionally perform as the aggregation point for all technical input into the DDS (Detailed Design Specification) and author said document

·         Assist Engineering management in the administrative activities related to function operation and maturity

·         May be called on to shepherd smaller initiatives to completion

·         Will assist IT Leadership in data collection and data entry to develop performance metrics for the function
