Job Description:

• Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• May act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies.
• Participate as a Technical Analyst within the Lending Sales group for the Apptaker on the Web Analyst team.
• Prepares technical specification for system changes in alignment with the IM process to support development coding efforts.

Must required Skills

• Prior experience creating technical estimates for changes to web based clients.
• Experience utilizing Quality Center for test script writing/executing.
• Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of mortgage business processes.
• Background in project management / timeline analysis
• Experience with LIS (Mainframe), AOW (Apptaker on the Web Application), or SP (Store Portal).
