About the Job
Confidential Company has an immediate need for a Sr. IT Recruiter for a permanent position in Charlotte, NC. The Sr. IT Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting Information Technology candidates to meet the increased business demands of company's clients. He/she will implement various sourcing strategies to screen resumes, interview candidates and manage candidates through the selection process.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
* Perform full-cycle recruitment functions.
* Prescreen, interview and submit qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
* Conduct direct sourcing for qualified candidates.
* Make all hiring offers and counteroffers to selected candidates
* Attend job fairs and other recruiting events *Check references of qualified candidates
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an information technology professional (prefer a background as a Business Analyst)
* Must be able to be self directed and hit the ground running
* Strong, recently demonstrated skills in standard recruitment techniques.
* Demonstrated Internet proficiency, must be proficient in MS Office
* Strong initiative and follow-through, self-motivated and highly organized
* Requires exceptional verbal skills and good written abilities.
This is a permanent position in Charlotte, NC with a competitive salary and commission pay structure.
