Description:
Ensure that the value of Alico's investment in the Sharepoint platform is maximized through strong management of user experience and the fulfillment of user requirements.
- Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with client business and IT personnel by planning, conducting, documenting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems in the process
- Create specifications (use case, user interface specifications, data mappings) for systems to meet business requirements
- Develop test plans and conduct functional testing
- Develop system documentation
- Assist in management of projects
