Job Description:

GDH Consulting has a current contract to hire opening for a Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert (SME) Manager.  This position will require that previous management experience over multiple technical groups is part of your work history.  Previous experience managing business systems analysis is preferred as well as prior experience with gathering requirements. Must be able to work with high level executives as well as super users in a daily professional setting.

Qualifications:

§  Managing multiple technical groups/individual

§  Document analysis, task and workflow analysis

§  Ability to communicate initiatives to high level executives

§  Analytical and product management skills required

§  Thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

§  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
