Job Description
Brocade's Global Services Business Analysts create the plans, materials and implementation processes to keep projects, product launches and other business operations running smoothly. In a constantly developing industry, these individuals must keep the organization up to speed by updating materials, processes and communication practices. Upon joining Brocade, you will participate in the University Development Program (UDP). UDP is designed to educate you on the networking industry, Brocade's business and products, and train you on key interpersonal skills which will set you up for quick integration and success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
· Assist in the maintenance and synchronization of Brocade's install base data with our support partners
· Assist with developing and analyzing data reports on Brocade's install base
· Maintenance and ownership of Brocade Sharepoint (internal web) for Support Alliances
· Manage inbound service location requests via direct or coordinated response
· Targeted projects centered on Support Alliance partner requirements
Education and Experience
· BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related fields; or equivalent work experience.
· Familiarity with managing projects schedules, solving complex problems, and nurturing cross-functional collaboration
· Motivated and determined; persistent and enthusiastic
· Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
· Ability to work collaboratively and with accuracy in a fast paced, complex environment
· Good problem solving skills
· Knowledge of Customer Support processes and practices
· Comfortable with technical and business English usage ( documents reading, e-mails, conference calls )
· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Oracle, and Microsoft Project is a plus.
