Experienced Business Analyst to support new web application development. This includes creating use cases, business process flows, application requirements, and test strategies.

Job Duties:

• - Identify, model and document use cases and requirements
• - Define assumptions, dependencies and constraints
• - Analyze requirements and perform gap analysis to develop clear and realistic requirements for the architects and coders to develop
• - Coordinate communications between business and IT members
• - Develop a test strategy, documentation of the test plan, writing test cases and analyzing the results
• - Model/Map business processes to support change control, testing and issue identification

REQUIREMENTS:
-     Must have one to five years experience with the Business Analysis role, per the above mentioned responsibilities.

-     Must be disciplined to work off-site as desired.

-     Must have good written and verbal communications skills.
-     Experience within the fund raising business is preferred but not required.
-     Bachelor's degree is required.

Typical day includes:

• - Meeting with technical staff and customers in face-to-face meetings or on the phone to define and document requirements
• - Working independently to develop documentation
• - Interpreting documentation for development
• - Working with QA testing staff to clarify test cases, and return failed tests to development
• - This person will be responsible for some actual testing of the software
• - This person will be responsible for adding test cases to the regression testing software framework
