Title:  Project managers and Business Analysts with Thomson Reuters BETA experience

Project Location:         Minneapolis, MN

FITS is looking for business analysts with brokerage settlement or investment banking experience.   Background should include:

-    7+ years of industry related professional experience (brokerage trade processing/clearing services, investment banking, mutual fund processing, etc.)

-    MUST HAVE  experience Thomson Reuters BETA  brokerage system as part of an implementation, system conversion or business operations support

-    4+ years Business Analyst experience

·    business process modeling

·    work flow analysis, gap analysis

·    project planning

·    gathering and documenting requirements

·    effective organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills

·    ability to communicate with different levels of management

·    test planning and/or building test cases from business requirements

-    Leadership qualities/capabilities

-    Hands on proficiency with MS Office

-    Visio, MS Project or other project planning/tracking tools proficiency a major plus
