Business Analyst needed in BEDFORD, TX - heavy Use Cases experience

Job Description

MUST live CLOSE to BEDFORD, TX (Irving, Arlington and Tarrant County)

 

Work with users to define requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, plan system conversions, and document user processes for new systems or enhancements

Essential Functions:

1. Interview users and help document existing processes and new/enhanced application system requirements.
2. Analyze operations processes, redesign process flow, and develop system specifications to support

3. Help users document Use Cases and test conditions for testing new applications.
4. Develop user manuals for new applications, especially those applications that clients use directly, including:
a. System and/or process documentation manuals
b. Performance support tools, e.g., small quick-reference cards or booklets, keyboard function-key templates, 
c. Help Page contents for Web applications.
5. Develop training materials for products and/or new systems, including:
a. Powerpoint presentations
b. Web presentations
