EnerNOC, Inc. is a leading developer and provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions to commercial, institutional, and industrial customers, as well as electric power grid operators and utilities. Our technology-enabled demand response and energy management solutions help optimize the balance of electric supply and demand. We are a phenomenal team of people that support the effective, economical, and environmentally-friendly stewardship of energy resources. We believe our values and enthusiasm are contagious!

As our Business Analyst, based in Boston, your primary mission will be to aid in the delivery of new features for EnerNOC’s enterprise software as a service platform by communicating the business requirements of our internal and external users for our demand response products and services.  You will provide guidance to the engineering team and training to the end users for your features.  Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Developing an intimate working knowledge of energy management subject matters and EnerNOC’s suite of products and solutions

  • Eliciting user requirements from internal and external users of EnerNOC’s PowerTrak software platform

  • Contributing to the Quality Assurance activities for feature development, as needed

  • Training users on new features

  • Contributing to the release notes

  • Assisting in the testing and support of PowerTrak software, as needed

  • Working with Product Management to prioritize user stories across multiple features and products

You possess the following qualifications, making you an ideal candidate for the position:
