We are looking for a recruiter who has a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience locating a variety of skilled professionals but focusing on the technology and manufacturing verticals.

The right person will find, screen, submit and place candidates, as well as assist in growing and securing our client relationships.

 Must have a strong work ethic, be creative, tenacious and goal oriented.  This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent people skills and impeccable behavioral skills. Must be able to work well independently with minimal direction, as well as in a team environment. A true self starter motivated by closing business.

Compensation includes base plus commission.

 BA/BS preferred.
