The Business Applications Analyst would be responsible for the proposal, implementation, and ongoing management of best-in-class cross-functional business processes and management tools to support Canon USA. You will continually review our current business processes and the existing Applications solutions supporting them to identify needed changes to support the short and long term strategic direction of Canon USA Management. Once change opportunities are identified, you would be responsible for identifying the appropriate project team to plan and implement the change. You would also be responsible for tracking and measuring benefits and efficiencies resulting from the changes. Finally, you would also be responsible for reporting project progress and issues to Management on a regular basis. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years related experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business Administration, MIS, CS, Finance, etc.). Experience in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions is key. Candidate should also have a solid understanding of industry 'Best' practices, strong project management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive and succeed in a fast paced environment. Candidate must also possess excellent operational and financial analysis skills. He or she must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management. As a 'Champion of Change', candidate must be comfortable with discussing business and systems issues openly with the Canon Management while proposing appropriate automated or manual solutions to remedy any deficiencies.
