Located in Crystal City, VA
The successful candidate will support the US ARMY CIO/G-6 Program. The candidate will review submitted IT System CERT/Annual Review packages for accurate and complete information, and provide analysis on investment based on risk and performance information in the Army's portfolio management solution. If any discrepancies exist, contact the domain representative for correction - if the investment poses a significant risk or performance issue - coordinate with system owner for risk/performance mitigation plans. Notify staff proponents of their requirement to review/concur and package the documentation they provide. Contact domain with any proponent non-concurrence. Prepare the Per-Certification Authority (PCA) letter and obtain PCA signature. Coordinate system certification/AR data upload into DITPR and confirm completion. Generate and review dashboard for inconsistencies with proponent provided certifications. Upload DITPR dashboard, EV Tool, stoplight chart and signed PCA memo to IRB portal. Notify the domain when Cert/AR is approved. Prepare and provide IRB pre-briefs to PCA. Review Legislation and DoD guidance on Business Certifications and determine impacts and Army equities. Provide recommended courses of action or implementation strategies to leadership.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 9+ years related experience.
