Business Change Advisor/ Advisor Senior/ Manager / Manager Senior
(hiring level based on experience)
This position may be filled in the Virginia Beach, VA, Richmond, VA, Indianapolis, IN, Mason, OH, Las Vegas, NV, Denver, CO
or Columbus, GA office
This position will be focused on training documentation development for Commercial Grievances & Appeals on PEGA NextGen.
The selected candidate will:
  • Create/develop associate self-paced learning tools including
    • Quick steps tool
    • Micro learning videos
    • Flipped classroom e learnings
    • Flipped classroom curriculum
    • Coordinate/support Q&A sessions
  • Work with business to develop training
  • Support training sessions
  • Works with business owner to determine and prioritize training needs
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams within L&D to identify necessary resources to support training needs
  • Providers mentoring to process improvement staff supporting training
  • Supports successful implementation of new curriculums, new training tools and training opportunities
  • Have the ability to mentor others, lead small projects, provide troubleshooting support.

The Business Change Advisor is responsible for assisting the management within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Helps build and support the company's change network.
  • Communicates information from a variety of sources through newsletters, dashboards and presentations.
  • Promotes benefits of function within region as well as throughout the company.
The Business Change Advisor Senior is responsible for assisting the senior leadership team within the business unit and the organization in bridging the gap between the current and desired business performance levels and balancing short-term business needs with long-term perspectives on success to ensure that our change journey produces desired results. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
  • Facilitates and coordinates annual planning process for the business unit.
  • Facilitates identification of leadership's priorities and establishment of goals within the context of a designated journey plan.
  • Develops journey plan and maps to reach goals and educates key stakeholders in use of these tools.
  • Oversees utilization of additional management tools and processes.
The Business Change Manager is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:
  • Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
  • Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
  • Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
  • Designs methods for integrating function and process.
  • Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
  • Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
The Business Change Manager Senior is responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications
Business Change Advisor
  • Requires a BA/BS degree
  • 2-3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Business Change Advisor Senior
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • May require project management skills.
Business Change Manager
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Business Change Manager Senior
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
