The Role:

As the Business Change Manager, you would be responsible for leading key special projects in partnership with CareMore's General Managers and COO.

You would work directly with CareMore's P&L owners to identify and independently execute initiatives that support growth, operational, or clinical performance goals.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

* Identifies opportunities for improvement and proposes project scope

* Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required to improve

* Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs, leveraging industry best practices

* Conducts cost/benefit analyses.

* Builds support for business change throughout the business unit and implements design

Sample special projects include:

* The development of a sales growth strategy that involved managing a team of 10+ and implementation of that strategy across all CareMore markets

* The launch of a set of extended-hours urgent care centers for our members

* The development of a new clinical model and operational protocol allowing CareMore to deliver care directly to the patient's home using mobile units

  • Strong strategic and financial analytic capabilities
  • Applicable experience: Top management consulting, finance, or business strategy firms; design firms; private sector roles in law or healthcare services; top-tier MBA/MPH/MHA programs
  • 5-8 years of process or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field
