The E-Solutions Provider Digital Product Owner will join one of our E-Solutions Portfolio and Product Governance teams, and ultimately use planning, execution, analysis, and product management skills to anticipate and deliver on new EDI, Provider Portal, and B2B capabilities tied to our Provider/Constituent Experience Roadmap.
The E-Solutions Provider Digital Product Owner (Business Consultant) primary duties include but are not limited to:
  • Responsible for managing Product backlog including translation and solution of complex and varied business needs
  • Conduct impact assessment representative of your Product while considering end to end processing and potential cross functional needs
  • Engage in the analysis, development and implementation of Provider Experience Digital solutions while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the committed deliverables
  • Support discovery, gap analysis and determination of optimal business requirement / system functionality solution in support of health plan operations
  • Serve as the business subject-matter expert to other Strategic initiatives, including conversion and interface development, capabilities assessment and creation, and process/workflow integration
  • Lead Product Support team to ensure priority Product backlog task throughput
  • Requires a BS/BA degree
  • 8 - 10 years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project management, working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
  • Ability to travel may be required

Additional Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Healthcare industry, EDI (X12), and/or Digital Products highly recommended
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred; in a Product Owner or Product Manager role desired
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to be an innovative problem solver
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to effectively manage multiple (and shifting) priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications with the ability to develop and maintain effective, positive internal/external working relationships with a diverse group of business and IT constituents
  • Availability to accommodate evening and/or weekend implementation support activities as needed
