This position requires an individual with experienced in research and analysis where one is able to link common scenarios to determine root cause for billing issues. Must be able to maneuver between billing tools and systems to conduct research and analysis and have the capacity to run SQL queries to assist with research activity. Must have billing system experience and be able to quickly learn new processes, as well as experience in the following software:
MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook.
In addition, analyst expertise to manually research billing fallout errors/issues on individual accounts.
Requires 3 years related experience or college degree.
Daily investigation of unbillables, providing root cause analysis and necessary corrections to invoices.
Daily investigation of adjustments
Assistance with any VSO revenue assurance activities, providing root cause analysis and necessary corrections.
