A highly successful Wisconsin based company with multiple locations requires a “top notch” sales / business developer to grow their thriving business and must reside in the Madison area.  The person who “wins this job” should possess many of the following qualities:

 

  • A minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience at a Design/Build firm calling on builders and owners in the commercial/industrial marketplace
  • True understanding of the “art of the deal”
  • Customer relations management – build and develop client relationships
  • Ability and success in finding new business through various sources
  • Manage a project and lead a team of internal teammates through the process
