This is a business development / sales role that entails identifying, qualifying and closing new and existing accounts for PSG's consulting services, through proactive networking, relationship management and strategic business development activities. The ability to develop and foster mutually beneficial relationships with important accounts will be a key to your success.
The successful candidate will be required to effectively manage their accounts and contacts using an automated system, develop strategies and provide input to senior management on short/long term demand projections, customer and competitive trends.
To be successful in this role, you need to be personable, creative and an innovative thinker, team-oriented, and dedicated to the success and quality of the initiative. You must have good project management, organizational and time management skills, be capable of running effective meetings with middle to senior level management, exhibit a high degree of charisma and have excellent interpersonal skills.
