Business Development/Account Manager - In-House The Business Development Manager has the responsibility for establishing strategic priorities for the revenue growth of their assigned territory. The primary focus will be establishing new customer relationships, along with some maintaining and growing of business within existing clientele. This includes establishing near and short term plans in conjunction with the management team to achieve the company's goals while creating a strong value based brand with the customer base. The Business Development Manager will be held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the acquisition of new business and expansion of existing accounts. Strong Technical Staffing experience, preferably in IT, but may consider experience in Engineering. Volt Workforce Solutions is a large and reputable recruiting firm with a strong established presence and relationships with some of the larger firms in the area. You will be asked to develop new and maintain established business with firms in the area to provide solutions to their staffing needs.
