Business Development Content Manager

Business Development Content Manager

1)      Duties

a.       Upload new and/or updated content created for written RFI responses to the SANT System.

b.      Upload new and/or updated PowerPoint slides created for new business presentations to the SANT System.

c.       At the same time, rank the content and delete old content.

d.      When requested, pull and organization information and/or slides in a cohesive way to provide drafts to which the team will react or assume responsibility for.

e.      Maintain the central New Business Closet, deleting old files, ensuring new presentations are saved, putting new bios in the bio file, keep updated bios, etc.

f.        Maintain updated WIN/LOSS, client/product lists, and other ongoing lists

g.       Help with updates to Sales Nexus, running reports, etc.

h.      Report to Beth Schieber but also take direction from biz dev leads in each of the three offices.

2)      Location

a.       The majority of these responsibilities can be done from home.

b.      Should live within driving distance of the Columbus office.

c.       May require 2-4 days of onsite training to start.

d.      Would require weekly or bi-weekly in-person meetings (depending on workload). 

3)      Hours

a.       10-20 hours per week (but hours will vary) 

4)      Skills Needed

a.       Great organizational skills

b.      Attention to detail (even with monotonous tasks)

c.       Self-motivated; responsible

d.      Some writing ability

e.      Computer skills/basic PowerPoint skills

f.        Basic understanding of marketing

g.       Basic understanding of how an agency works

h.      Experience with content management software/databases a plus
