The role of Business Development Director with focus on the Food & Drug Administration is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This highly-visible role demands an entrepreneurially-minded professional who can shape opportunities, as well as compete successfully for existing, targeted opportunities.

Qualifications:

-Ability to develop / maintain trusted advisor relationships at the client executive level
-Strong communication skills - able to articulate a clear, compelling value proposition in both written and verbal forums
-Demonstrated expertise in strategically positioning large, complex solutions
-10+ years business experience, with a strong preference of toward 5+ years as part of a Big 5 (or similar) consulting organization in either a business development and/or solution delivery manager role
-Ability to partner - within CGI Group, as well as with external firms to coalesce the right team to meet specific needs; teaming agreement development experience preferred
-Experience / high-degree of comfort with positioning top-tier leading enterprise COTS solutions
-Federal Government industry experience, with a preference to particular knowledge of the Food and Drug Administration - network/rolodex, organization culture, political landscape
