eventEQ has grown primarily through word-of-mouth and referrals and is now seeking someone to take the charge of our proactive business development efforts.   For the right candidate, this opportunity provides the ability to build a strong revenue stream and ultimately lead all of eventEQ's sales efforts.  eventEQ can provide some leads but a lot of work shall come from proactive sales efforts.


 


THIS POSITION REQUIRES SOMEONE TO CONTINUALLY BRING IN NEW CLIENTS - therefore the position is suited for an aggressive sales person who isn't afraid to cold call and knock down doors!  Compensation plan includes a nominal base salary with unlimited potential to easily make six figures within 18 months of coming on board.  Candidates from Pharmaceutical, Exhibits and other industries that require consistent, relentless focus on new sales - are well suited.



 


Description:



Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Duties:



* Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
 


* Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.

* Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
