Sales Representative / Business Development

Having achieved double-digit growth for most of the past decade and being positioned for continued growth, our products include high-efficiency toilets, showerheads, faucets and aerators, CFL light bulbs, weather-stripping, programmable thermostats and other conservation-related products.

The ideal candidate for the Business Developer position will have a Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience with telephone and face-to-face sales selling construction materials or consumer products to General Contractors, Community Action Agencies, Weatherization Programs or Utility Companies. This person should be hands-on and have experience in a fast-paced, high volume, small to medium-sized distribution company with a large territory.  

This position will be based in Fort Worth, TX (near the DFW airport) and will hunt, develop and close sales. The position requires strong organization and follow-up skills, high levels of initiative and creativity, and the ability to adapt as needed to changing business needs and opportunities. Three years’ sales experience and a Bachelors’ Degree or an additional three years’ sales experience are required. This position also requires excellent written/verbal communication skills as well as the ability to represent Niagara professionally over the telephone and in sales meetings, trade shows and conferences. This sales channel’s territory is the continental United States. Required travel is approximately 25%.
