TOMRA Pacific Inc. an industry leading International Recycling Company is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual who is looking for a wonderful opportunity to successfully build strong relationships with city and property management contacts to effectively address any concerns to ensure continued TOMRA operations at our locations.

BDM's work to save existing convenience zone sites located on the parking lots of beverage dealers or retail grocers. BDM's ensure that contracts from property owners, beverage dealers, etc. are properly executed. Negotiates lease agreements with property managers, landlord’s   and voucher cashing venders.  This person will help ensure the maintenance of city issues, zoning requirements, permitting and business licenses for the Convenience Zone division.  Based in the Corporate office (for Southern California) or the Regional office (for Northern California), the Business Development Manager will take direction from the Customer Development Manager as to site development and marketing needs.

Must posses working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project Manager, and other related mulit-media programs.
