Position: Business Development Manager/Account Manager

Qualifications :
We are looking for a qualified Manager of IT Business Development to support the growth objectives of the company. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new customers consistent with the firm*s vision in Staff Augmentation and Information Technology (IT) service offerings (Staffing experienced is highly preferred). Working with the company's executive management, the candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic and tactical sales management plan. The successful candidate will identify and develop business opportunities and implement sales strategies, and manage Customer Relationship for our Staff Augmentation/Contract consulting services.
Success is measured by the ability to support the identification, qualification, and capture of new business opportunities with focus on revenue, profit, business growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in the IT Services and Staff Augmentation sales and business development.
Profile/Skills:
*In-depth understanding of Sales & Contract Relationship Management strategies with a proven track record in achieving targeted sales results
*Functional/Industry Knowledge, primarily Staff Augmentation for Information Technology Services
*Solid Business Management skills
*Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Experience with managing Pharmaceutical sales would be a big plus.
