Company Description Position Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to develop strategic market entry and business growth strategies for target markets in the engineering and construction arena. Sample project types: vehicle/equipment maintenance facilities; aviation support facilities; hangers; munitions processing/handling facilities; and command and control facilities. Knowledge of the federal contracting process, to include congressional appropriations process, military construction program execution process, and federal agencies, responsible for project execution. Developed strategic marketing plans for engineering and construction target markets.

Develop and implement strategies, tactics and marketing plans required to achieve revenue, profit objectives and client satisfaction. Target market will include design only, construction only, and design build projects in the MILCON arena.

Monitored and analyzed opportunities, sales activities, plans and business relationships in the military and federal markets (USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEE or USPFO).
Managed proposal development efforts in response to client request for proposal documents.
Proven track record identifying and developing strategic teaming relationships with other companies to pursue opportunities in the design build target markets.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 60%
Minimum Education and Experience
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 7-10 years business development and marketing experience implementing strategic marking plans for an architectural, engineering or construction services organizations serving military and federal clients.
