Business Development Manager -- Florida

About the Job

CSA Travel Protection is looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us grow our vacation rental insurance sales in Florida and across the South East.  Should be a fantastic relationship and solutions manager with a passion for growing an established account base.  Industry experience preferred but not essential.


 


 


Summary:  Identifies and assists in developing strategic relationships with distribution and technological partners.  Assists in the creation, planning and implementation of business solutions for market and distributor needs.  Provides technical knowledge, business knowledge, and analytical and communication skills to business development initiatives.    


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 


 



  • Process and evaluate opportunities in terms of financial gain, mission/strategy fit and organizational capacity.
  • Assist in the researching and identification of business development opportunities and selection of the most appropriate to be developed.
  • Interface with cross functional teams and business partners to create and implement business plans/solutions as defined. 
  • Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to determine customer and market needs.
  • Responsible for providing exceptional external and internal Customer Service.
  • Responsible for relationship management between Company and assigned account base.
  • Call on companies with or without prior leads to establish new business relationships.
  • Service accounts in existing assigned account base and work within Company guidelines to grow their business.
