Business Development Manager / Individual Sales Contributor

Systems Evolution, Inc., (SEI – Phoenix, www.sysev.com), is looking for a seasoned professional with the ability to drive sustainable growth while ensuring a consistent client and employee experience.  The successful candidates will have experience in and a demonstrated ability to monitor and balance the business processes, drive business development activities, and deliver repeatable and consistent business offerings with focus on quality, ethics, and integrity. 

Only local candidates with established client relationships in the Phoenix market will be considered.

Qualifications:
• Extensive business development in the Information Technology Software Consulting arena. 
• Experienced and effective in developing business relationships with key decision makers of local Fortune 1000 companies and referral sources.

• Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving professionals at all levels in a client-oriented environment.
• Business acumen; ability to understand and communicate our company’s vision, strategy, marketplace, and value proposition to all stakeholders. 
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
