has an opening for a Business Development Manager
in Woodinville, WA.
 
COIT Services of Seattle is looking for a Business Development Managerwho will be responsible for building and maintaining lasting relationships with our customers while being able to sell a multitude of cleaning services, maintenance contracts and restoration services.

Growth in Business to Business Relationships is one of COIT’s top priorities, which makes this position a crucial part of our strategy.

As a Business Development Manager you will be expected to perform the following:
  • Grow the existing customer base by prospecting local businesses.
  • Following up on incoming sales leads.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with property managers, facility managers, engineers, owners, decision makers, etc.
  • Your target market will include, but are not limited to, office buildings, schools, hotels, hospitals, restaurants, senior centers, etc.
  • Provide support in handling service issues that will ensure the COIT brand name will remain in high esteem.
  • Actively cross promote our Restoration, Cleaning and Maintenance Services.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and maximize communication to our clients.
PRIOR SALES ORIENTED EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Job Requirements
  • Must be a self-starter with initiative, intuition and be familiar with consultative selling skills.
  • Computer skills on most Microsoft Office applications a must.
  • Strong business knowledge, professional presentation skills, and excellent problem solving abilities highly desired.
  • Applicants must be reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team.
  • Clean cut, organized person with positive attitude who is honest and looking to work for an ethical business.
  • Outstanding personal skills and the ability to think on your feet is a necessity.
  • Must be an outgoing, personable individual who makes a good first impression with customers.
  • College Degree in Business a plus but not a requirement.
  • Experience in Commercial Sales, Cleaning Services and/or the Restoration industry is a plus but not a requirement.


Minimum Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Some College + Sales experience preferred. College Degree a plus!
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Must have clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
