Job Responsibilities:
* Acquire customers in the assigned territory/ region for developing business.
* Prepare a data base of all companies which are potential buyers in assigned region.
* Make cold calls to prospective customers with a view to promote business.
* Learn and be well-informed with all the technical aspects of printed circuit boards.
* Stay updated on trends in the industry and marketing developments in this sector.
* Visit potential customer locations for making presentations and identifying key decisions makers.
* Regularly contact the key representative of target companies to become a preferred vendor.
* Gather market intelligence and share the information in a timely manner.
* Follow the developments with respect to the competition and provide feedback to the company.
* Plan for business growth by identifying opportunities and pursuing them to successful closure.
* Prepare a sales plan and a marketing plan for the region.
* Participate in the performance appraisal process for personal and organizational growth.
* Develop the region assigned as a profit center for the organization.
* Familiarize with Policies and Procedures of the company.
What you will need:
* Excellent sales and closing skills.
* 5+ yrs. direct selling experience in PCB's/electronic components within the Electronics industry.
* Experience selling to Automotive, Telecommunications, Medical Devices, and Electronics Manufacturing.
* Very good communication and presentation skills.
* Familiar with MS-Office and lead tracking tools.
* Proven track record of sales success.
* Very good team-player.
* Professional demeanor.
* Ability to travel.
