POSITION - DIRECT SALES, IT SERVICES


We are looking for a talented professional to help develop, and drive, Affinity's presence among Fortune 500-1000 companies in the New England region.  Characterized as a "hunter," this person must be a high energy self-starter who is motivated to deliver results.  Current experience selling IT solutions, software, or hardware in the local Boston market is preferred.  Familiarity in both the worlds of IT solutions and IT staffing is desired. 


 


LOCATION


Business Development Manager will locate, develop, define, negotiate, and close business relationships in the Boston, MA area.


 


EXPERIENCE




  • Minimum five years in sales


  • Minimum three years in sales of IT Services, preferably in IT Staffing or System Integration Services


  • Minimum two years in the New England marketplace


  • Must have existing relationships with a mix of mid-market and Fortune 500 companies in the New England region

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS


Affinity offers a comprehensive benefits plan that includes Health, Dental, Life, and 401k plan. 


The Business Development Manager compensation plan includes a base salary and a generous unlimited, uncapped commission structure.
