Looking for Hardcore Direct Sales professionals in US - Chicago, Cincinnati, Minneapolis who have experience selling knowledge services.

••••• Key Responsibility Areas •••••
1. Develop a sales plan to meet individual contributor quota targets
2. Conduct Business Development activities to meet quota targets, which will entail
• Identifying target accounts
• Designing and implementing campaigns to penetrate these accounts
• Drive the sales cycle to ensure wins (Incl. prospecting, presentations, proposals, POCs, negotiations, etc.)
• Ensure overall deal closure
• Account/Relationship management to grow revenue in key accounts
• Collaborate and coordinate with presales and delivery team
•••••Knowledge/ Skills /Qualification /Experience•••••
• At least 7 years experience in Sales / Business Development in the US; preferably in a Knowledge Services / BPO / KPO / Consulting / Advertising
• Market Research environment
• Documented history of achieving sales quotas
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Marketing / Brand Management / Analytics background preferred
• Domain expertise in CPG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare preferred
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English
• A self-reliant, resourceful hard-charger with a consultative sales approach
