Are you a well-connected marketing or creative professional? Do you have genuine relationships and connections with creative and marketing professionals across Houston? Creatis is looking for a bright, motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager with the ambition and vision to launch our Houston, TX office. Be a part of the entrepreneurial energy of the Creatis team.

As a self-starter, you will be responsible for performing all necessary ramp-up activities related to sales, recruiting, and management functions – eventually leading your team by example on a daily basis to deliver creative and marketing solutions to our Houston clients.

·         Selling - implementing client acquisition strategy for staffing and outsourcing. Directly selling to Fortune 1000 clients at all levels within organizations

·         Recruiting - implementing recruitment plan and recruiting high-quality employees

·         Managing and growing revenue, gross profit, and operating profit

·         Eventually leading and motivating the Houston team on a daily basis to deliver solutions with exceptional customer service to our clients

Your qualifications are:

·         Extensive experience within Marketing, Communications or Advertising industry in Houston, TX

·         Successful sales revenue generator within professional services

·         Successful team leader with examples of significant revenue growth

·         Strong communicator with ability to leverage internal relationships

·         Business acumen and BA or BS degree, MBA preferred
