Job Objective


 


The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities including generating and following through on leads, proposal writing, presentations, contract writing, and closing sales.  Developing quality business relationships to establish new accounts and to retain clientele.  Work with operations for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long term goals in line with company vision and  that enhance the values of FCSS.


 


Job Specifications


 



  • 2+ years of verifiable and successful outside sales experience
  • be able to develop business plan in conjunction with Executive Team which details activities and goals to achieve
  • complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
  • demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers
  • develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking
  • implementation of company marketing plans as needed
  • strong computer skills including word, excel, and powerpoint
  • excellent oral and writing skills
  • reliable, and appropriate transportation to visit clients and potential clients
  • willingness to travel in North and Central Florida
  • valid drivers license and good driving history
  • successful drug screen and background check
