We are hiring a BOLT Business Development Manager to sell our growing suite of BOLT mobile browsing technologies, which bring full HTML web pages to mobile devices. This is a new position and the right person will be integral in the future growth and success of the company.  This individual will contribute significantly to all stages of corporate development - from key relationship identification and commercial assessment, through business terms development and deal negotiation, to implementation and closure of business opportunities. The ideal candidate will thrive on creating long-term business opportunities for the Company in this emerging market.

Requirements include:

• BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience required plus a minimum of 10 years professional experience in business development.
  
• Strong contacts with wireless carriers and device manufacturers.
  
• Very strong customer relationship skills.
  
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of requests at once.

• Energetic and dedicated.
  
• Positive attitude and outlook.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proactive nature and desire to gain new business.
  
• Detail oriented and methodical work ethic.
  
• A strong understanding of the software market, with experience working for companies with products and services in the wireless space is required.
  
• Proficiency with SalesLogix a plus.
