Description:
Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager for our Northridge office, who thrives in a competitive market. You will build relationships with local, regional and national level clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs. You'll be supported by an experienced staff of recruiters who pro-actively recruit talent for the business that is generated through your sales activity.

Requirements:
As a Business Development Manager, you must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and a natural communicator with all types of personalities and have personal motivation. You will understand the importance of advancing the sales cycle and be a solutions-oriented sales professional. Recent experience as an outside sales representative is a must.
You must be able to pass a drug test, 7 year criminal history check and have reliable transportation to conduct in-person appointments.
