Our client is a commercial and residential service provider located in suburban Pittsburgh.  We are looking for an experienced business development manager to lead and direct the activities of our business development team. 

Responsibilities will include achieving established personal and team marketing goals through the development and use of strategic marketing plans, programs and marketing collateral, analysis of sales statistics, development and delivery of presentations both directly to clients as well as in trade shows and company marketing events.  This key member of the management team will be accountable for providing support, training and feedback to the business development team in order to assist them in achieving their performance goals.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A four year degree from an accredited college or university.
  
• A minimum of 3 years of business development management experience in a service industry.
  
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  
• Mathematical skills necessary to calculate industry related amounts such as commissions, percentages, area circumference and volume.
  
• Reasoning ability to define and solve problems, draw sound conclusions and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
  
• Leadership ability demonstrated in professionalism, a positive attitude, company loyalty, and as a highly motivated role model for the team.
