Position Summary: Market analysis, business planning and execution of sales plan to accomplish desired business growth in assigned territory. Develop new accounts while providing solution based consultation services to existing accounts in oil & gas, power generation and other process industries. Works directly with end-users to improve market focus and product differentiation.
Responsibilities:
Business planning, market analysis and achievement of assigned sales targets.
Identifying new business opportunities for the continued growth in region.
Leveraging existing customer contacts to expand business opportunities.
Developing alliances and partnerships within the rotating machinery industry to create additional market opportunities.
Professionally market company’s products and services at tradeshows and conferences.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Must have 5+ years of demonstrated experience selling automation systems and instrumentations to rotating machinery owners within the oil & gas, power generation or other process industries.
Turbomachinary sales experience highly desirable
Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
Strong and effective negotiation and closing skills across all organizational levels
Ability to travel and interface with multinational clientele.
