IT Professional / Consulting Sales
Selling software technology and professional services. Understanding BI, SOA, Tibco, Teradata and BPM services. IT Projects / Solutions Selling experience
Develop new business opportunities.
Support existing sales activity.
Assist in the professional development of account representatives and inside sales representatives
Attend/support trade show activities.
Achieve and exceed sales quota.
Accurate Sales Forecasting in salesforce system.
Execution of commitments.
The position reports to CEO.
Education / Training:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Sales Training Courses and Workshops. Solution Selling. Enterprise Sales. Consultative Sales.
6 - 9 years demonstrable experience selling BI & Integration software services across verticals.
IT Projects / Solutions Selling experience
Excellent communications skills (written & verbal), including the ability to effectively present Hydus at industry events.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams on proposals and sales efforts.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent sales initiatives across geographies, companies, and industry sub-markets.
Ability to establish and grow relationships with C-level executives.
Ability to proactively build and enhance a qualified pipeline to meet annual sales quota.
A self starter who requires little management on day-to-day activities.
Possesses a high degree of integrity at all times and in all interactions.
Consistently promotes and contributes to an effective team environment within the business unit.
