Business Development Manager

IC Intracom is looking for a Business Development Manager who will champion Network IP Camera Products through IC Intracom Offices, Distribution Partners and select Resellers Worldwide. This position will be an advocate for their needs and manage the business for success.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Lead the creation of a complete business and marketing plan that will supplement the sales plans of IC Intracom Offices and Distribution Partners globally.
· Study and communicate the competitive landscape within these markets
· Analyze and prioritize sales/business opportunities and drive to successful engagement
· Identify and communicate unique product needs that could affect the success in his/her efforts
· Grow and mentor the team (IC Intracom Offices, Distribution Partners and select Resellers ) while keeping them connected to the objectives of the organization
· Provide Customer Presentations and actively participate in specific channel events
· Effectively aggregate and disseminate information about his/her business and market environment
· Report business performance to senior management
· Travel required (up to 50%)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Business Development experience
· Prior experience developing business/sales
o 5-7 years of marketing, sales or business development experience
o 2-4 years experience in Computer Networking Products, and especially Network IP Cameras
· Understanding of the sales and marketing processes in the Networking Products Channel is a strong plus
· Technical understand of Computer Networking Products is a plus
· Ability to work independently in high paced development and business environment
· Strong analytical, presentation, and computer related abilities
· BS/BA Required. MBA preferred
