Business Development Manager
This is a highly visible position in a fast growing organization that is a leader in their category.
This is not the typical sales position.
The individual we seek needs a strong background in business planning and strategy development.
S/he must be able to identify specific customer needs and develop actionable solutions to fill those needs.
This will include working cross-functionally to develop new products, packaging and supply chain solutions.
We need someone that has demonstrated the ability to envision the big picture and think outside the box.
Must Haves:
7 to 10 years experience in the foodservice or retail grocery industry.
Experience in managing projects from idea generation to market introduction.
A thorough understanding of retail grocery and club store businesses including deli operations experience.
Consumer packaged goods marketing or consulting experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university.
