About the Job

Charon Planning, an employee benefits consulting/brokerage firm which was named The Best Place to Work in 2009 by The Philadelphia Business Journal, is looking for a sales “star”; someone deeply committed to selling and being rewarded with income potential in excess of $350,000.  We want a salesperson with the ability to drive all aspects of a sales process including marketing plan design and implementation, prospecting and lead creation, sales process management, and proposal presentation.   


 


The successful candidate will…



  • be intensely driven to succeed over the short and long term
  • be committed to learning both the benefits brokerage business and Charon Planning’s uniquely technical, analytical, detail-oriented, methodical approach
  • be able to developing strong networks and have excellent relationship skills
  • be able to develop leads and uncover prospects
  • have the ability to make a complex service sale to senior executives
  • have a large network of business contacts as potential clients.
