NESCO Engineering & IT has an immediate need for a Business Development Manager to help accelerate the growth of our Pipeline Inspection Services business in the United States and Canada. You will be responsible for cold calls into potential client companies in the Oil & Gas industry to identify and develop opportunities for pipeline inspection services and other technical staffing services. You must be extremely persistent and able to make a tremendous amount of phone and in-person contacts to build strong, positive relationships with new clients.
The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, and a proven track record of new client development and outstanding sales performance, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry. Some staffing industry or services selling experience is a plus, but not required. Some understanding of engineering, design and other technical roles in Oil & Gas production, distribution and refining is also desirable.
Location is flexible, but some preference will be given to candidates able to work out of one of our branch locations.
