Job Description
The SAP Business Development Professional executes sales leadership and demonstrates proficiency in identifying SAP opportunities. Responsible for marketing and selling SAP HR consulting services nationwide, to new and existing clients through direct and indirect channels. These services included SAP HCM local and global project implementations, SAP ESS/MSS/Portals projects, and Application Maintenance Outsourcing Services.
Responsible for developing and managing relationships and partnerships with service engagement managers within SAP and other consulting firms in an effort to drive sales growth.
Must have 5+ years in SAP Solution selling services with a $3 million dollar minimum in sales; will need to have 5 + year history of generating your own leads, have the ability to conduct a consultative sale of SAP software and implementation services including the ability to articulate and craft implementation proposals, qualifying all leads and closure. Looking for a success history of a minimum of 5+ years over-quota sales experience in selling software solutions and services within a software or professional services company. Selling SAP Consulting services to clients is required. Should have deep experience with SAP clients, including demonstrable successful sales.
Minimum qualifications;
Minimum BA/BS or 4-year degree or equivalent experience (required)
Minimum of 7+ years direct sales experience and demonstrated ability to generate new business
Minimum of 5+ years over-quota sales experience in selling software solutions and services within a software or professional services company
Proven ability and significant experience with pricing models related to billable rates for consulting engagements and aligning project resources to prospect and client specifications
Skills
Computer literate and ability to comfortably perform within windows application environment and skilled at MS Office applications.
